Narrow gauge railway Mariazellerbahn		The Jewel of Railways of the Eastern Alps Scenic beauty and historically interesting route. Travelling with the Mariazellerbahn made easy. You are living close to the railway station Steinschal - Tradigist. Here you can find the right side programmes. A weekend on the trails of the most beautiful narrow gauge railway of the eastern apls, the Mariazellerbahn (oldest electrical narrow gauge mountain railway with the world record log 1099, running daily since almost 100 years).

The Programme:		Jewels of narrow gauge railway 1st day: Arrival and introduction Welcome in the Steinschalerhof. Introduction (personal information) into the highlights of the route. 2nd day: The unforgettable ride with the Mariazellerbahn Ride to the natural park Ötscher or to Mariazell. Visitation of Mariazell and surroundings (entry fee not included.). Back again with the nostalgic Mariazellerbahn. 3rd day: A day of choice in the Dirndltal *) e.g.: Nature hike in the Pielachtal or sightseeing (Monastery of Lilienfeld, Charterhouse Gaming, natural park Ötscher, national museum, Schallaburg with special exhibition, Zdarsky Museum) 4th - 8th day: Extension is possible by the day We are happy to suggest a programme according to your desire.
