Introductory cooking course „Cooking with wild herbs“ combined with a recreative weekend in the Steinschalerhof in the „Dirndltal“. The Mostviertel is known as the fertile land. With us you will get insights into an mostly unknown, but interesting fertility: eatable wild herbs and wild plants. These are not only rather tasty and healthy, but also stimulate to care more about nature and its treasures.

We provide you with practical information about the herbs and their use based on the comprehensive wealth of experience of our kitchen team.
